Columbia, where community is more than just an ideal.
The Nelson Historic
Constructed in 1828, this abandoned Historic landmark is slated for a magnificent renovation that will be enjoyed for generations to come. This soon to be luxury boutique Hotel, event venue, and fine dining restaurant will be a place for gathering, a place of memories, and a place for our community. The outside garden will be an oasis of green space in the heart of downtown. We can’t wait to share it with you!

The Foster Building
Our first project in Historic downtown Columbia is just down from Southern Exposure on S. Garden St. The Foster Building, once housing Maury County’s first phone company and The Daily Herald, now hosts Creekside Trading Company, an eclectic retail gift shop with something for everyone! The converted alleyway on the north side of the building is occupied by Ransom Spirits & Provisions, an upscale cocktail lounge and tapas restaurant. RSP utilizes their amazing hidden courtyard for al fresco dining, drinks, and live music.
The Columbia Arts Building
This industrial gem, coined the anchor of the Columbia Arts District, is a three story tank of a building with old steel windows and large concrete columns. Once utilized by a grocery wholesaler to distribute food to surrounding towns, it is now a thriving community for small businesses centered around the arts and all are welcome here!
